Architectural Changes

All changes or additions to the Bridge Pointe Homes Association must be submitted in writing 30 days in advance for review by the Architectural Review chair. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval of the proposed changes. No verbal approval or denials will be given. NO project may be started without written approval from the Architectural chair person. Changes made without prior written approval are subject to a $100.00 fine. Those not meeting the Architectural Guidelines will be subject to removal at the homeowner’s expense. Please send this completed form to bridgepointehoa656@gmail.com.
