Northland Pool Management Company wants to hire lifeguards for swimming pools throughout the Northland for 2017 season.

Northland Pool manages more than 40 pools owned by homes associations and country clubs, employing more than 200 lifeguards in the North Kansas City, Liberty, Gladstone and Parkville areas. Although the company manages the BridgePointe pool, it does not provide lifeguards to BridgePointe.
American Red Cross certified lifeguard training is available at a low cost to new lifeguards who are not already certified.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old, mature, reliable, responsible, strong swimmers, good students, and hard workers, as demonstrated by their activities in school, church, sports, and/or prior employment. Particularly mature 15-year-olds might be considered if they show leadership ability.
