Big Change at The Pool!

Jason White, Bridge Pointe Homes Association President, recently identified four changes underway or completed at the pool: “We are excited about progress on some reinvestment at the pool. This is happening as a result of additional revenue from dues”.Monitors at Pool

Power backup and surge protection–the backup includes a timer. The cameras are last year’s versions but working well. Jason hopes to add additional cameras which will provide more view angles. The monitors are in place to verify the position of the camera as well as focus.
LED Lights–The neighborhood has probably noticed the new lights. They should last 5 years and consume less energy at much lower heat which is why the change was made. The lights are now on a timer.
Exit button–The first of two exit buttons (our system is unique with 2 gates) are installed which will unlock the gates from the inside.  The second one will be going up soon.  All wiring is in steel conduit which is sun proof and cut resistant. The card-entry gate system work will be completed
very soon
Filter and pump–The pool will be cleaned with a brand new filter and pump which is already installed. The size and type result in a more efficient arrangement in terms of performance and energy consumption.

The pool is nearly ready for refilling. There is still sealing work to do on the skimmer pipes.

“This pool work is the beginning of a reinvestment period for Bridge Pointe. Over the next several years some additional revenue will allow us to bring our community property up to a high standard in terms of maintenance and appearance”, said Jason.
